The Group has six business groups and one central function that conduct research, innovation, brand development and technology on behalf of hygiene operations. The joint hygiene operations also have a separate management and coordination body.
Each business group has operational responsibility for their area. Each business group has its own staff organization and complete resources for management of its operations.
The rules of procedure and instructions ensure that a number of matters of importance are referred to the CEO or the Parent Company’s Board of Directors.
In addition to work focused solely on the Group’s governance structure, there are also a number of group-wide bodies and forms of cooperation tasked with monitoring, developing and preparing different areas.
