SCA Graduate Trainee Program (Technical) applicants should:
- Have a recognised degree in Engineering (Mechanical,Mecharonics, Industrial,Electrical) with strong academic results
- For local university graduates - consistent academic performance, with overall achievement of CGPA above 3.0
- For foreign university graduates - consistent academic perfomance, with overall achievement of 2nd Class Upper grade
- Possess Malaysian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Graduates should also possess the following qualities:
- Demonstrate a robust track record of involvement with extracurricular activities
- Have effective interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude
