The SCA Graduate Trainee Program (Technical) is a one-of-its-kind scheme for young engineering talents in Malaysia to develop their technical expertise and professional skills to the fullest.
Over the course of 12 months, our SCA technical trainees will expand their knowledge and experience through a carefully designed program with multiple learning components. Trainees will undergo a unique combination of on-the-job training, coaching, job rotation and professional development.
Upon completion of the program, our graduate trainees will possess a competitive advantage to leverage their distinctive skills in this field.
