During the international women's day, March 8, SCA's Latin American feminine care brand Saba sponsored the "Nike 10K" running race in Mexico City to support breast cancer prevention. More than 6,000 women participated in the competition.
The money from participant entries will contribute to the fight against breast cancer in the Latin American region, one of the most affected by this disease in recent years.
"We participate in this race and make this effort because SCA with its Saba range has a social commitment to the pursuit of physical health and hygiene education of women," explains Anabel Rodriguez, Personal Care Director, SCA Latin America.
Products for active lifestyle
The message is that SCA maintains its commitment to research and development of personal hygiene products, manufactured with the latest technology. Always first and foremost preserving the physical health of women, being more responsive to the needs of comfort and freedom.
Another message from Saba included in this event is that women who use Saba’s tampons to compete are more comfortable and feel safer than any other since the tampons are specially designed for active lifestyles.
