Are you one of social network Facebook’s 400 million users? Do you like SCA’s products or making business with SCA? If your answer to these questions is ‘Yes’, you are welcome to take on the SCA Facebook Summer Challenge and help us recruiting 5,000 users to SCA’s Facebook page until the end of August.

“Facebook’s more than 400 million users spend over 500 billion minutes per month there – time during which SCA can build a relationship with the users, recruit employees, get valuable and honest feedback, share and spread knowledge about our company, our brands, our environmental work, etc.” says Konstantin Irina, Web Content Manager at SCA Corporate Communications and organizer of the Facebook Challenge.
Today SCA has more than 40 brand pages and groups on Facebook, amongst them the South American baby diaper brand Pequeñin, the Italian hankies brand Tempo, the British kitchen towels brand Plenty and the French feminine care brand Nana.

Some weeks ago the page for the mother brand / company SCA went live on www.facebook.com/SCA and has already almost 600 “likers”.
The SCA page offers a “wall” with both official and more informal news from all over the Group, an info tab presenting SCA, job openings from SCA in the Americas, links to SCA related groups and pages in facebook, images and videos. And of course the chance to interact with other SCA fans.
Let’s recruit 5,000 fans!
Now it’s time to increase the number of fans to 5,000 by the end of the summer! This is how you join the page on Facebook and promote it to your family and friends:
- Enter your profile on www.facebook.com.
- Make a search for SCA. Pick the official, original company page with the SCA c/o life logo. Or just enter the URL www.facebook.com/SCA.
- Click on “Like”.
- The tell your family, friends, colleagues and business connections about the SCA page by clicking on “Suggest to friends” under the SCA logo.
